The Commitment
The force that drives NextGen Resources is the duty to act, and the commitment to actively participate and positively influence the global change efforts that are needed to transition our industrial practices from a linear and unidirectional ‘production at any- and-all costs’ framework, towards a cyclical and interconnected way of thinking that enables the seamless integration of value between business, community, and the environment that we form part of.

NexGen Resources
Vision
The 21st-century global socioeconomic landscape demands a shift towards sustainability, recognizing long-term corporate citizenship as an essential need for businesses rather than an optional reporting metric that is decoupled from a business’s licence to operate.
NextGen Resources’ vision is to play an active role in guiding organizations within the Primary and Secondary Economic Sectors in:
-
Materializing triple-bottom-line value
-
Defining what it means to sustainably
operate a business in the 21st century
-
Being an exemplary responsible corporate steward of our Earth systems and Earth- based natural resources
Mission
The mission is to work with clients and stakeholders to unearth hidden, data-driven, triple bottom line value opportunities; paired with designing strategies and achievable action plans that target the unlocking of these potential value prospects, and ultimately developing the well-rounded governance mechanisms that will enable the long-term continuity of established responsible practices.
Values
For NextGen Resources, work, thoughts, and actions are built upon maintaining the integrity of our core values:
➢ Logic-Based Reason: making decisions and solving problems through rational analysis and critical data-driven thinking.
➢ Trust: fostering a healthy and organic work culture where clients, stakeholders, and associates enable mutual accountability to play by the rules and live the vision and mission.
➢ Respect: equally valuing the contributions and perspective of all stakeholders.
Mining is a tradition that has been in my family for over 85 years, and which remains strong to the day.
As a third-generation mining professional, I have not only grown up in and around industrial mining complexes since an early age but have also had the privilege of witnessing how an industry can influence history over generations, and how generations can influence an industry over time. For me, mining is not a form of employment, but rather implies a lifestyle that merits leadership, discipline, honor, and hard work to live it every day.
As a life-long student of industry, business, and leadership, mining is my passion, and it is with the utmost enthusiasm that I look forward to continuing my family tradition by playing an active role in an industry that forms the bedrock of contemporary economics, and which will continue to play a critical role in sustaining modern-day society within and well-past the 21st century.
